I'm a feature writer and interviewer for national newspapers and magazines, as well as a cookbook author, recipe columnist and expert commentator on all things food.
I have 16 years' experience as a staff feature writer and extensive interviewing, pitching, writing and editing experience for national publications.
My professional interests include: food and drink, real-life and celebrity interviews, investigations, opinion pieces, lifestyle, current affairs, travel, consumer trends, health & fitness, fashion & beauty, TV & film.

My work appears regularly in The Times The Daily Mail and The Telegraph, and I have also written for Grazia, The Spectator, The Evening Standard, Mail on Sunday, Metro, MailOnline, The Sunday Telegraph, The Independent, The Sun, Sun Online and The Belfast Telegraph.
I write a weekly recipe column, Three Steps to Delicious, for the Mail and hosted a chat show, The Influencers, discussing all things food on Mail Plus.
I edited The Telegraph Book of the Kitchen, How to Jug A Hare, in 2015, and my first cookery book, Three Ingredient Baking, was published by Penguin in 2018.
My second book, Six Minute Showstoppers, came out in May 2020, and my latest book, How to Cheat at Baking, hit the shelves in August 2026.
